WP1: Completion of the detailed planning of activities

Key Activities: 

🔸Elaboration of a baseline document gathering all the preliminary findings and data

🔸Design of tailored-trainings according to the identified local needs

🔸Organization and realization of the project kick-off meeting

WP2: Training of Trainers: Laying the Basis for establishing the Research Units

Duration: From month 4 to month 23
WP Leader: Aalborg University

Key Activities: 

🔸Purchase of the equipment (softwares for the development of macroeconomic models)

🔸Delivery of training programs for the LA Higher Education Institutions' (HEIs) staff and researchers

🔸Creation of training courses’ virtual “packages” (making the courses available online to the public and  ensure the courses’ availability online)

🔸Draft of a report on the training activities

WP3: Set-up of the Research Units

Duration: From month 12 to month 26
WP Leader:  Universidad de La Salle

Key Activities: 

🔸Organisation and realisation of stages in the EU partner universities for the LA partners

🔸Set-up of the research unit on the basis of the experience gained through the stage period in the EU

🔸Draft of a report on the stage in the EU, to be used as a tool for the benefit of a wide range of interested stakeholders

WP4: Research Units at work

Duration: From month 22 to month 36
WP Leder: Università degli Studi di Cassino e del Lazio Meridionale

Key Activities: 

🔸Elaboration and realization of 5 Maquette Models, one in each LA partner, instrumental to the realization of firther macroeconomic models for policy forecasting.

🔸Launch of the Research Units’ Working Papers Series, conceived as a tool to boost academic and non-academic collaboration

🔸Draft of ad-hoc consultancy proposals

WP5: Communicating, Disseminating & Exploiting the project’s achievements
Duration: From month 1 to month 36
WP Leader: Universidad Mayor de San Andrés

Key Activities: 

🔸Drafting and publishing of a Communication, Dissemination & Exploitation Plan

🔸Website as a "database" and a map of the stakeholders

🔸Realization of webinars to promote the LA Research Units to local stakeholders, to share insights on the works realized, services, outputs of the project, etc.

🔸Realization of a final conference at Universidad Nacional de Colombia

WP6: Ensuring High Quality and the efficient management of the project
Duration: From month 1 to month 36
WPL: Università degli Studi di Pavia

Key Activities: 

🔸Elaboration of a Quality Plan, to ensure MAJIG reaches the highest quality standards

🔸Elaboration of a Governing Bodies organigram, to ensure MAJIG is correctly and efficiently managed

🔸Elaboration of Quality Assurance Reports, to monitor the correct implementation and quality standards' compliance

🔸Formalization of the Grant Agreement and networks agreements

🔸Definition of the form and periodicity of the meetings

🔸Monitoring, reporting and compliance (administrative management of the required documentatin, according to the guidelines of EACEA)
